The Project Manager or Senior Assistant Project Manager will support the successful execution of a large ground-up multifamily development in Downtown Spartanburg. This individual will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership representatives to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
  • Monitor procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams.

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience

  • Experience as a Project Manager or seasoned Assistant Project Manager
  • Ground-up construction experience
  • Multifamily construction experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
  • Ability to work effectively within an onsite project team
