Team members benefit from a collaborative environment, strong leadership, and opportunities for long-term career growth.Job DescriptionThe Multifamily Construction Project Manager will:Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final completionEstablish and maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendorsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecastsAdminister contracts, subcontracts, and procurement activitiesCoordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMonitor project costs and ensure adherence to financial objectivesTrack project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholdersSupport value engineering and cost-control initiativesEnsure compliance with permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirementsWork closely with field teams to maintain project schedules and quality standardsLead project meetings and resolve project challenges proactivelyManage project closeout, turnover documentation, and warranty activitiesOversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) efforts throughout constructionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
