The Project Manager or Senior APM will support execution of a 220-unit ground-up multifamily podium project in downtown Spartanburg, working directly with a Senior PM onsite. This role offers strong exposure to a high-profile build with flexibility for Charlotte-based candidates willing to travel to the site twice per week.

Job Description

  • Manage or support project execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Sr PM, field teams, and stakeholders
  • Handle RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking responsibilities
  • Maintain communication across office and jobsite teams
  • Support delivery of large-scale multifamily podium construction
  • Participate in jobsite visits weekly (2x/week if Charlotte-based)

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Project Manager or seasoned APM
  • Background in multifamily construction (podium experience preferred)
  • Experience with ground-up projects
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite or commute regularly to Spartanburg
  • Open to Charlotte-based candidates willing to travel 2x/week
  • Stable work history with solid tenure preferred

  • Project Manager: $95K - $120K
  • Vehicle Allowance: ~$500/month
