Job Description

  • Lead all phases of multifamily construction projects from planning through project completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement logs, and cost reports.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field leadership teams.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, contract administration, change orders, and monthly reporting.
  • Work closely with Superintendents to ensure field activities align with project objectives and schedules.
  • Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving construction challenges.
  • Review drawings and specifications for constructability, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control requirements, and company procedures.
  • Successfully deliver projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Multifamily Project Managemer experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience overseeing multifamily construction projects.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
  • Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
