Job Description

Glimpse of your role:

  • Manage full project lifecycle for multi-family and commercial construction projects
  • Lead project teams including PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors
  • Serve as primary point of contact with owner's, architects, and stakeholders
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and change management
  • Ensure strict compliance with public procurement, safety, and documentation standards
  • Review contracts, subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Mentor junior project management staff

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
  • Strong project experience on multi-family, commercial, healthcare, k-12.
  • Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
