Job Description

    • Oversee allon site construction activities for multifamily projects from start through completion
    • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
    • Maintain project schedules and look ahead to proactively address potential delays
    • Enforce site safety requirements and company safety policies
    • Ensure work is completed in compliance with project documents, building codes, and quality standards
    • Conduct regular inspections and punch walks to ensure high quality execution
    • Collaborate closely with project management teams, inspectors, and ownership representatives
    • Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and site documentation
    • Lead problem solving efforts in the field and drive solutions efficiently

The Successful Applicant

    • Strong tenure is crucial - Any candidate with more than two jobs in the last ten years will not be considered.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects
    • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and field coordination
    • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously
    • Solid understanding of construction schedules and site logistics
    • Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
    • Proficiency with construction scheduling and reporting tools preferred
