Their employee-focused culture, entrepreneurial environment, and expanding multifamily division create exceptional opportunities for career advancement and long-term success.Job DescriptionThe Multifamily Superintendent | Ground-Up | ESOP will:Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completionCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain project schedulesOversee site safety programs and ensure compliance with all company and OSHA standardsMonitor project quality and ensure work is completed according to plans and specificationsConduct site inspections and proactively address construction issuesCollaborate closely with Project Managers, ownership representatives, and internal stakeholdersMaintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updatesDrive schedule performance and support successful project delivery within budget expectationsManage field logistics, manpower planning, and sequencing of work activitiesFoster strong relationships with trade partners and project team membersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
