They are seeking an experienced Superintendent who can take ownership of field operations and successfully lead ground-up multifamily projects from start to finish.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily construction projectsManage projects from sitework and foundations through interiors and final closeoutCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on siteDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are metConduct daily site walks and monitor construction progressEnsure all work meets project plans, specifications, and quality standardsEnforce site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environmentCoordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineersManage inspections and coordinate with local building officialsIdentify and resolve field issues to minimize delaysLead subcontractor meetings and communicate upcoming project needsManage punch list activities and drive projects through final completionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
