Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain workflow
  • Enforce health and safety protocols and promote a zero-incident culture
  • Monitor project schedules, identifying and resolving delays proactively
  • Implement and uphold strict quality control standards
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and cost-related records
  • Work closely with Project Managers to align field execution with overall project goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site logistics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and drive schedules
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
