Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to assist their project management staff on ground-up multifamily communities, luxury apartments, low income housing builds all LOCAL to the Phoenix area. This is an URGENT need due to strong pipeline growth.

They are looking for an eager Superintendent to join their team.

Job Description

  • Superintendent to lead multifamily projects in all phases of construction
  • Write RFI's, submit for approval and distribute accordingly
  • Review and understand the subcontract documents as they apply to assigned areas of responsibility
  • Notify management of significant project events such as project successes, issues, injuries, client relations, potential losses/claims
  • Work with owner/client to provide updates, obtain approvals, and complete change orders for scope of work revisions
  • Assists with documenting changes; Maintain project records, red line transfers, and correspondence.
  • Work with PM staff, assistants, subcontractors, etc to maintain schedule and deliver on-time and on-budget
  • Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience working in general contracting (open to Sr. Superintendent if experience matches)
  • Must have been Lead Superintendent on a Multifamily project before
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Experience managing administrative construction duties, including document control
  • Proficient in Bluebeam or Procore
  • Communicative, client facing individual
