They are recognized for delivering complex, large-scale wood-frame communities and provide a collaborative environment with opportunities for long-term career growth.Job DescriptionLead all phases of ground-up wood-frame multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage projects exceeding 200 units, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.Oversee project finances, including cost control, forecasting, buyout, change orders, and monthly reporting.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, owners, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.Review and manage RFIs, submittals, permits, procurement schedules, and contract documentation.Work closely with Superintendents to ensure project milestones, safety standards, and productivity goals are achieved.Identify and mitigate potential project risks while maintaining strong client relationships.Utilize Procore or comparable construction management software to track project progress and maintain accurate documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
