Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key natural and conventional grocery accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Drive new business through UNFI and Kehe distributors.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Account Manager should have:

  • Experience with account management and business development in the FMCG industry thorugh UNFI and Kehe.
  • HQ-call natural and conventional regional grocery experience.
  • Proven track record building out new distribution at an emerging brand.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering sales presentations.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
