They serve a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, industrial, office, retail, education, housing/multifamily, life sciences, mission-critical and hospitality, offering comprehensive solutions from project conception through long-term property operations.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee light industrial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and communication.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and detailed schedules to meet delivery goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
  • Manage procurement and allocation of resources, including materials and labor.
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project status and milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Light Industrial Project Manager should have:

  • Experience with managing construction projects in the light industrial sector.
  • Experience with data center projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
