Job Description

  • Conduct thorough research and provide resolution strategies for identified conflicts.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to ensure compliance with professional responsibility standards.
  • Document and maintain records of conflict clearance processes and decisions.
  • Advise on ethical considerations and firm policies related to conflict management.
