The business is respected in the multifamily and student housing space and is looking to bring on a proven Sales Manager who can immediately generate new revenue through existing client relationships. The expectation is that the right individual brings business with them on day one and continues to scale from there.

Job Description

  • Leverage existing relationships to generate $1M+ in new business immediately
  • Develop and grow long‑term client partnerships with property management groups
  • Identify and pursue renovation opportunities within existing client portfolios
  • Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Continue expanding market presence through repeat and referral business

  • Proven sales professional within construction, renovations, or property services
  • Brings an established client base they can actively transact with
  • Strong understanding of multifamily / student housing renovation cycles
  • Comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight
  • Motivated by high earnings tied directly to performance

What's on Offer

  • Base salary up to $100,000
  • Commission on every project brought in
  • Once consistent $1M+ new business production is demonstrated, base salary can be increased up significantly
  • Realistic total compensation for the right individual is $300k-$500k+ annually
