Job Description

  • Manage daily field operations for commercial office interiors projects
  • Oversee TI build‑outs, renovations, and phased/occupied‑space construction
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain schedules
  • Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and company procedures
  • Plan and manage sequencing, logistics, and short‑interval schedules
  • Review drawings, specs, and scopes to ensure accurate field execution
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and work closely with Project Managers
  • Resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and punch‑list items
  • Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, and as‑built documentation
