Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, including financial status and timelines.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  • Foster strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and maintaining open communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize project efficiency and quality.
