Job Description

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and timelines.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Oversee resource allocation and procurement processes for construction projects.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering professional development.
  • Track and report on project progress, addressing challenges proactively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Director should have:
