Operations Manager - Equipment Manufacturing - Hudson, MA

This Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day operations across production, procurement, logistics, and safety
• Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput
• Ensuring fabrication activities are meeting engineering and quality standards
• Monitoring production schedules, capacity, and resource allocation [
• Overseeing supplier performance, purchasing, and inventory levels
• Collaborating with engineering and project teams to support execution
• Leading cross-functional communication to resolve operational challenges
• Promoting safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Developing, mentoring, and managing operational staff
