Operations Manager | Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Operational Leadership

• Provide oversight and support for all site operations, ensuring alignment across production, quality, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and accounting
• Act as a senior leader and escalation point for floor personnel, fostering trust, engagement, and open communication
• Partner closely with the Production Manager to drive safe, efficient, and predictable daily operations

Quality & Execution

• Oversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, throughput, and operational consistency
• Ensure shipping and receiving operations support on‑time delivery and inventory accuracy

Cross‑Functional Management

• Lead and mentor indirect and support functions, reinforcing accountability and performance expectations
• Collaborate with engineering through a dotted‑line relationship, supporting manufacturability, process improvements, and program execution
• Work closely with the Accounting/Finance Manager on P&L visibility, cost controls, and operational decision‑making

Organizational Development

• Serve as a stabilizing leadership presence during ongoing organizational maturation
• Help reinforce a professional, structured, and scalable operating model across the site
• Support talent development and retention through active leadership and engagemen
