The Operations Manager will set up a brand new distribution center (250K SQFT+) and will oversee P&L ownership, hiring personnel across multiple shifts, creating a blueprint for order management processes and inventory flow + management across both inbound and outbound shipments.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations to meet business needs.
  • Manage inbound shipments from external suppliers and execute same day outbound shipments to a growing number of retail locations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall company objectives.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards within the logistics department.
  • Oversee the performance and development of logistics staff.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
