Job Description



The Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple projects and business functions, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily operational activities and project execution across multiple teams and locations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, superintendents, field personnel, and support staff.
  • Establish and implement operational processes, procedures, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with estimating, project management, field operations, and executive leadership to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Identify operational risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate project challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development initiatives.
  • Review operational performance data and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Assist with strategic planning, organizational growth initiatives, and operational scaling efforts.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, transparency, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be a proven operations leader with significant experience managing construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project-based operations.   • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of project delivery, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, safety requirements, and quality control practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to decision-making.
