We're partnering with an organization undergoing a significant HR transformation and are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Implementation Consultant to play a key role in the successful delivery of the program.

Job Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Configure, test, and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Learning, and Reporting.
  • Assist with system validation, data migration, and testing to ensure successful deployment and alignment with business goals.
  • Build reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
  • Develop user documentation, facilitate training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Recommend process improvements and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within HR operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in a functional consulting capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, Oracle security, workflow configuration, and reporting.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party implementation vendors.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle HCM certifications and experience supporting enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives are h desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
