Owner Rep Construction Data Center - Project Management - NOVA

• Support or lead data center projects in the Northern Virginia market
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and field teams
• Assist with or oversee project execution from planning through completion
• Work both on-site (Manassas project) and in-office (Tysons) with hybrid flexibility
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and project teams
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
