The Senior Project Manager will work directly alongside firm leadership while independently managing client engagements and project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager seeking visibility, impact, and long-term career growth within a growing organization.Job DescriptionLead multiple construction projects concurrently from pre-construction through closeout.Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.Take ownership of project scope, schedules, budgets, risk management, and overall project delivery.Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation and contingency strategies.Manage procurement activities, including RFQs, RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.Direct contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors to achieve project objectives.Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability across project teams.Maintain financial tracking, project documentation, meeting minutes, and decision logs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
