An established project management consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Boston team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated project management professional or architect who wants more client exposure, ownership, and long-term growth potential. Job Description

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project life cycle

Manage project schedules, budgets, consultant coordination, and project execution

Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication

Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and status reports

Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams

Track project milestones and proactively identify potential issues

Support projects from early planning and conceptualization through occupancy

Maintain a responsive, client-first approach and ensure exceptional service delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working for an Owner's Project Management firm preferred
  • Architectural professionals interested in transitioning into project management are encouraged to apply
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive is a must
  • Motivation to grow within the organization and take on increasing leadership responsibilities
