The company manages projects across life sciences, higher education, multifamily, commercial interiors, and real estate development sectors throughout Greater Boston. Job Description

* Manage projects from planning through completion

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

* Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting

* Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants

* Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation

* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

* Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives

* Provide regular communication and updates to leadership and clients

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience with a General Contractor or OPM firm
  • Strong background managing laboratory, life science, or cGMP projects
  • Experience working on technically complex projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Stable work history with demonstrated project success
