Through a global network of industry relationships and technical expertise, the firm partners with clients to deliver sophisticated developments, including corporate headquarters, high-end offices, and large-scale data center facilities.Job DescriptionProject Management: Serve as the Owner's Representative Project Manager for a hyperscale/mission-critical data center development projectTeam Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between ownership, design consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.Schedule Management: Review and evaluate construction schedules, budgets, estimates, drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.Quality Control: Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies related to budget, schedule, and execution.Documentation: Facilitate meetings, progress reporting, and communication across all project teams.Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
