Job Description

  • Lead multiple projects end-to-end, from preconstruction/advisory through closeout
  • Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout lifecycle
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and overall project delivery
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution
  • Run project meetings and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders
  • Review and approve contracts, change orders, and financial documentation
  • Mentor and support junior team members while driving team performance
  • Contribute to business development by building relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Support proposals, client presentations, and pursuit strategies

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of construction/project management or owner's rep experience
  • Strong background delivering corporate office/interiors projects (tech, law, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-6 at a time)
  • Established AEC network with demonstrated ability to bring in new work
  • Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing and mentoring teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contracts
  • Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred
  • PMP or CCM certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to travel to project sites and attend client meetings as required
