The Senior Project Manager will join a team known for executing complex, high-visibility projects and building long-standing client partnerships. In this role, the Senior Project Manager will be embedded on a major healthcare campus project with ongoing work in the pipeline. The Senior Project Manager will benefit from a culture centered on trust, autonomy, and consistent delivery at a high level.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager will serve as the dedicated on-site leader for a major hospital construction project.Lead full lifecycle delivery as the Senior Project ManagerOwn project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionAct as the primary on-site decision maker for a large hospital campusCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholdersMonitor progress and proactively resolve risks, delays, and issuesManage budgets, approve invoices, and control overall project costsNegotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreementsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and healthcare regulationsConduct quality control inspections and enforce construction standardsProvide executive-level updates to leadership and stakeholdersDevelop and drive risk mitigation strategiesOperate with a high level of autonomy as the Senior Project ManagerMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
