A privately held real estate investment, development, and management organization with more than $1B in assets under management. The company develops and owns mixed-use, office, hospitality, residential, entertainment, and land development projects, while also supporting a nonprofit focused on helping individuals overcome barriers to employment and self-sufficiency.

Job Description

* Manage multiple expansion and redevelopment projects from planning through completion

* Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout project delivery

* Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets, schedules, and cost controls

* Lead RFPs, bid reviews, contract administration, and contractor performance management

* Provide project updates, site visit reports, and executive-level communication to leadership

The Successful Applicant

* 8+ years of commercial construction management experience

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience

* Experience managing commercial renovation or redevelopment projects

* Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control expertise

* Executive presence with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and ownership

Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 base salary + discretionary bonus + mileage/travel reimbursement
