This role is hybrid out of their NYC office.Job DescriptionManage and mentor a team of paralegals, ensuring their professional development and productivity.Oversee the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.Prepare and revise entity formation and governance documents, including operating agreements, limited partnership agreements, formation certificates, incumbency certificates, written consents, resolutions, amendments, and other corporate documents, based on transaction requirements and direction from leadership.Review title, survey, and title commitments and coordinate and prepare responses to title and survey comments from counterparties.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance across operations.Develop and implement processes to streamline legal tasks and improve efficiency.Support attorneys in case preparation and legal research as needed.Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all legal activities.Act as a point of contact for external legal partners and stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
