MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Paralegal should have:5+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm and/or corporate legal environment.Experience supporting complex transactions from diligence through closing and post-closing.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously.Commercial real estate transaction experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Experience coordinating with attorneys, title companies, lenders, and outside counsel.Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research/document management tools.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising paralegals preferred.Affordable housing transaction experience, including LIHTC, HUD financing, and tax-exempt bond transactions, strongly preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 annually.Comprehensive health benefits package.Generous paid time off (PTO).Access to a 401(k) retirement plan.Interested?
