Job Description

  • Assist with processing payroll for employees across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, compensation changes, deductions, and benefits.
  • Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and journal entries.
  • Partner closely with Human Resources and Finance to ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and deduction processing.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll and employee information.
  • Assist with payroll-related projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3+ years of payroll, HR, accounting, or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting Canadian payroll is a plus.
