Job Description

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead electrical circuit design and PCB layout using Altium Designer for power electronics and control systems.
  • Drive new product development from R&D, prototyping, and validation through production release.
  • Own hardware validation plans, lab testing, and electrical debugging at the circuit level.
  • Support UL certification and regulatory compliance for new electrical products.
  • Partner with manufacturing on BOM ownership, SMT/PCBA support, and first production builds.
  • Perform root‑cause analysis on field returns and drive continuous product improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Applicant will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, PCB design, and power electronics.
  • Proven expertise with Altium Designer, schematic capture, and multilayer PCB layout.
  • Hands‑on lab skills including oscilloscopes, DMMs, and hardware debugging.
  • Experience owning products from design through production, not just isolated design tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with stable career tenure and ownership mindset.
  • Background in LED drivers, switching power supplies, or industrial electronics (highly preferred).
