With decades of experience and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality community-focused projects, they are a trusted partner to school districts, municipalities, park districts, and public agencies across the region.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers in the execution of K-12 and public-sector construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation.Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel.Review construction documents and assist in identifying potential project issues.Track procurement activities and long-lead materials.Assist with subcontractor buyout and contract administration.Participate in project meetings and maintain action item logs.Support project closeout activities, punch lists, and warranty documentation.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
