They have a long-standing presence within the New Jersey pharmaceutical market and partner with some of the world's most recognized life sciences organizations.Job DescriptionLead pharmaceutical construction projects from planning and preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and reporting requirements.Coordinate with owners, facility managers, engineers, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders.Oversee site logistics and construction activities within an active pharmaceutical campus environment.Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and site-specific operating procedures.Drive project execution while minimizing disruption to ongoing manufacturing and facility operations.Review construction documents, project specifications, and change management requests.Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.Manage subcontractors and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.Support utility infrastructure, facility upgrades, and site improvement projects as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
