Job Description

The Plant Manager will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for:

  • Lead all plant operations including manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, customer service, and purchasing.
  • Set and execute a strategic vision for plant growth, ensuring the organization is positioned to scale effectively.
  • Strengthen and develop the engineering function to support innovation, efficiency, and future expansion.
  • Act as a unifying leader, fostering collaboration and alignment across all functions and levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a key liaison to sister companies, sharing best practices and driving consistency across the broader organization.
  • Develop and implement policies, goals, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and reinvestment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5-7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Aerospace or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive decision-making.
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office.
