Job Description

  • Lead all daily plant operations
  • Manage production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and materials functions
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs
  • Develop and execute strategic improvement initiatives
  • Drive safety and quality performance throughout the facility
  • Lead workforce planning and employee development efforts
  • Manage budgets and plant financial performance
  • Support capital investment and facility expansion projects
  • Develop supervisors and department managers
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Previous Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership background
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Experience leading multi-department manufacturing operations
  • Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
  • Proven success developing leaders and high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
