Their commitment to excellence drives them to continuously improve on processes and products, setting new standards within the industry.Job DescriptionThe Plant Manager will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for:Develop and execute a long-term strategic vision.Identify opportunities for capacity expansion, process optimization, and cost improvement.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.Partner with senior leadership to support capital planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives.Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations across the site.Monitor and improve key performance indicators including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.Directly manage two Operations Managers and a Maintenance Manager, providing coaching, direction, and accountability.Oversee a total site population of approximately 90 employees through indirect leadership.Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all OSHA and regulatory requirements.Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, waste reduction, and employee engagement.Serve as a visible leader on the plant floor, reinforcing expectations and recognizing team achievements.Apply today for immediate consideration!
