Job Description

The Plant Manager will report into senior leadership and take full responsibility for site operations, performance, and long-term strategy.

  • Lead all plant operations, ensuring delivery of revenue, cost, quality, and efficiency targets
  • Set and execute strategic plans, budgets, and key performance indicators
  • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
  • Develop a high-performing team and strengthening leadership capability
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance and environmental, health, and safety standards
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, engineering, and product development teams
  • Optimize production, maintenance, and supply chain processes to improve uptime and on-time delivery

The Successful Applicant

For the Plant Manager role we are seeking:

  • Proven leadership experience in manufacturing operations within a certified (e.g. ISO) environment
  • Strong background in plant management, engineering, or maintenance leadership
  • Demonstrable success driving lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and productivity improvements
  • Experience in mid-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost control, and margins
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for shop floor engagement
  • Experience improving maintenance capabilities and reducing reactive downtime
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal or demand-driven manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
