Job Description

* Lead healthcare and higher education construction projects from preconstruction through successful closeout.

* Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications.

* Work closely with internal and field teams to keep projects on track and deliver a high-quality finished product.

* Oversee project documentation, cost control, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

* Develop strong client relationships while supporting opportunities for continued business growth.

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.

* Experience managing healthcare, higher education, or other institutional construction projects.

* Proficiency with Bluebeam, Sage 300, Timberline, or similar construction software.

* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently lead project teams.

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Salary range: $110,000-$140,000 + bonus (flexibility for the right candidate).
