Their collaborative culture, financial strength, and commitment to employee development have established them as one of the nation's premier general contractors and an employer of choice for construction professionals seeking long-term career growth in the industrial construction sector.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will oversee light industrial and manufacturing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Responsibilities include:Lead light industrial and manufacturing projects throughout the Southwest Suburbs and ChicagoDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecastsCoordinate project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and design professionalsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and contract administrationMonitor project financial performance, billing, and forecastingConduct owner meetings and provide regular project updateSupport preconstruction efforts, estimating reviews, and project buyoutLead project closeout and warranty activitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
