Portfolio Management Associate - Real Estate

As a Portfolio Management Associate, you will report into senior portfolio leadership and act as a critical link between asset‑level performance and portfolio‑wide decision‑making. You will support investment strategy through rigorous analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing detailed financial analysis, including investment and debt underwriting, hold versus sell analysis, scenario modeling, waterfall structures, and fund‑level modeling
• Supporting refinancing and disposition processes, including preparation of investment committee materials and lender deliverables
• Tracking debt maturities, reserve balances, and capital expenditure timing to support portfolio liquidity planning
• Coordinating with lenders and capital markets partners on loan modifications, extensions, and reporting requirements
• Assisting with quarterly investor reporting, portfolio summaries, and limited partner communications
• Supporting annual valuation processes and coordinating with third‑party advisors
• Monitoring market fundamentals such as rent growth, absorption, and new supply across target submarkets
