The business is growing rapidly and offers hands‑on exposure to portfolio‑level investment decisions.Job DescriptionAs a Portfolio Management Associate, you will report into senior portfolio leadership and act as a critical link between asset‑level performance and portfolio‑wide decision‑making. You will support investment strategy through rigorous analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.Your responsibilities will include:Performing detailed financial analysis, including investment and debt underwriting, hold versus sell analysis, scenario modeling, waterfall structures, and fund‑level modelingSupporting refinancing and disposition processes, including preparation of investment committee materials and lender deliverablesTracking debt maturities, reserve balances, and capital expenditure timing to support portfolio liquidity planningCoordinating with lenders and capital markets partners on loan modifications, extensions, and reporting requirementsAssisting with quarterly investor reporting, portfolio summaries, and limited partner communicationsSupporting annual valuation processes and coordinating with third‑party advisorsMonitoring market fundamentals such as rent growth, absorption, and new supply across target submarketsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
