Preconstruction Manager - Charleston

• Lead preconstruction activities, including cost estimation and project planning.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to define project scopes.
• Prepare detailed budgets, schedules, and cost analyses for construction projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards throughout the preconstruction phase.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress.
