Job Description

  • Develop and manage preconstruction budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to review project requirements and specifications.
  • Lead bid solicitation processes, including reviewing proposals and selecting subcontractors.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination during the preconstruction phase to meet deadlines.
  • Lead preconstruction efforts for interiors projects
  • Manage budgets, estimating, and bid strategy
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support project pursuit and win strategy
  • Report directly to VP of Preconstruction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in preconstruction processes and cost estimation.
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies and industry standards.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Preconstruction experience with interiors focus

  • Background with reputable GC or ENR firm
