Job Description

  • Lead preconstruction planning and budgeting for various construction projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal departments to develop project scopes and estimates.
  • Analyze project requirements and provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed cost estimates, schedules, and value engineering options.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, codes, and regulations throughout the preconstruction phase.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks during the planning stages.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to align expectations and ensure project success.
