Preconstruction Manager - CMAR/Negotiated Bid Experience

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for CMAR/Negotiated construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to review designs, plans, and specifications for cost efficiency.
• Conduct market research to analyze material and labor costs for competitive bidding.
• Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure competitive pricing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication of project budgets.
• Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project costs and resources.
• Assist in pre-construction planning, scheduling, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements throughout the estimation process.
