• Lead the preconstruction process, including budget development, scheduling, and scope management.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and value engineering options to meet project requirements.
• Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Analyze project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders regarding project plans and updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
