Job Description

    • Leadpreconstruction efforts from conceptual budgeting throughGMP development
    • Manage and mentor a team of estimators, reviewing takeoffs and pricing strategies
    • Work closely with operations, business development, and ownership to align pursuits
    • Develop budgets, value engineering options, and cost plans for ground-up work
    • Coordinate subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope reviews
    • Support proposal efforts and client presentations

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years ofpreconstruction or estimating experience within aGC
  • Experience managing or mentoring estimators
  • Strong background in ground-up commercial projects ($10M+)
  • Able to take ownership of multiple pursuits and communicate effectively with internal/external teams
  • Interested in stepping into a leadership track role
